Spectacular golf course around a small lake, with the 5-star Ritz-Carlton Villa Padierna Hotel in the background - where you can take a welcoming beer on the Italianate terrace after your game.
Very nicely presented, with a Tuscan landscape design (no palm trees !), the course need careful management to get the best out of your scorecard. Some tricky holes need some clever thinking, including the par-4 9th, and the 10th needs a very accurate 1st and second shot to score well.
