We have listed below some of the outstanding golf courses around Marbella and the Costa del Sol where IGS members can receive up to € 20 discount per game off the normal green fees.

Atalaya Golf and Country Club - One of the
more traditional members clubs just west of San Pedro and Marbella, on the road to Benahavis. Being fairly flat, it is an excellent walking course with
challenging holes, and is a regular venue for our International Golf Society meetings and competitions.

El Chaparral Golf Club - A spectacular and testing course to the east of
Marbella, before you get to Fuengirola. Set in a shady pine forest, the course
is technically demanding as it winds its way through the valleys and back to the

Los
Flamingos Golf Club
- Tuscan landscaped golf course around a lake to the west of
Marbella. Tight shots and good course management needed to get the
best out of your game here. Villa Padierna, the 5-star Ritz-Carlton
hotel dominates the grounds.

Almenara - Just behind the Valderrama estate near Gibraltar, a
superb set of 3 x 9-hole courses, each with very different characteristics.
From the scenic and mature Los Pinos, to the slightly trickier
and wooded Los
Alcornoques, the course is delight to play.

Alcaidesa - Southern Spain's "links course", which hugs the coastline just outside Gibraltar. Spectacular views of the Rock of Gibraltar, quite windy and a real antidote to those wanting to play this special type of course. More details coming soon
The San Roque Country Club - The two courses at San Roque have become legends in Southern Spain - IGS regularly meets on the Perry Dye designed New Course for some challenging tests of golf ability. Narrow fairways and interesting greens for all levels of golfer. More details coming soon
Santa Maria Golf and Country Club - Just 10 minutes east of Marbella, and near one of our best beaches, lies Santa Maria - a delightful par-70 course with some interesting holes and breathtaking scenery. The par-4 14th and par-3 15th are great fun ! More details coming soon
